Arizona Department of Insurance & Financial Institutions Issues Cease & Desist Against "RespondersHealth, LLC"

Phoenix, AZ - The Arizona Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions (DIFI) has issued a cease and desist order against RespondersHealth, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, for operating as an unlicensed insurer under multiple dba’s in Arizona. 

Complaints received by DIFI alleged that RespondersHealth was denying claims despite the existence of active health services contracts at the time medical services were received. Investigations by DIFI substantiated these claims and revealed that the business was operating as an unlicensed insurer.
